We are delighted to announce the creation of two positions

and an internship opportunity with Cottage Hill! 


If you have dreamed of working for an internationally respected publication that celebrates wholeheartedly living and you have the real life experience and knowledge to take on one of these roles with grace and gumption, we want to hear from you!

While a flexible, work-from-home schedule is available for each of these roles, these positions require dedication, focus and commitment to providing the most professional and friendly relations with artists, companies and readers alike. These positions are created for candidates interested in investing themselves long-term with a consistently growing company, developing into a joyful and fulfilling career.

Shop & Wholesale Coordinator

Do you truly believe print is not dead? Are you like most of our readers and savor the smell of a freshly-printed magazine and love the texture of high-quality paper holding beautiful and meaningful content? Are you also highly compelling and persuasive in sharing your passion? You may be the perfect fit for sharing our magazine with more readers throughout the nation and around the globe! Here’s what your future with Cottage Hill could look like…

In six months, our Shop & Wholesale Coordinator (that could be you!) will have exceeded our expectations and accomplished the following:

  • Your passion for print and the mission of Cottage Hill will have been your guide to crafting compelling and persuasive campaigns to reach new readers, selling out of all of our past issues.
  • The exciting content for The Grace Issue will have been the inspiring and driving force for securing wholesale relations with specifically-targeted major retailers and small businesses, providing more than 50 unique locations with copies of The Grace Issue - both nationally and internationally.
  • As Cottage Hill grows, you will have fresh and exciting ideas for expanding the shop with items that celebrate wholehearted living and inspire our readers.

In one year, our Shop & Wholesale Coordinator (could that be you?!) will represent the voice of our readers, understanding the demographic and qualitative characteristics of our fans so clearly that we completely sell out of The Grace Issue and our wholesale distribution has increased by 40% - and so has your commission!

Required Skills & Experience

  • Clear understanding and appreciation for the Cottage Hill mission and aesthetic
  • Close familiarity of Cottage Hill’s print content in all issues
  • At least one year experience in sales, preference given to publication experience
  • Starting at 5-10 hours / week, opportunity for more responsibilities subject to performance
  • Personal computer, phone and high speed internet
  • Position-ready, meaning, little to no training required
  • Preference given to local (Tulsa, OK) applicants, although not required
  • Life experience is a major plus!

Editorial Intern

Motivated. Eager. Creative. Professional.


Do you dream of working for a magazine one day, or perhaps, running your own? Do you excel at communication and writing and have a unique eye for what’s next and what’s exciting in our culture? Are you currently studying Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, Graphic Design or similar and are seeking a well-rounded experience this summer? You may be a viable candidate for our first summer internship! Here’s what your summer with Cottage Hill could look like…

At the end of summer our Editorial Intern (that could be you!) will have experienced the following:

  • You will have proven yourself an up and coming force in the publication world with your unique ideas and thoughtful research for online content that both aligns with the Cottage Hill mission / aesthetic and provides readers with fresh, original posts.
  • You will have shown off your impeccable editing skills by correcting any grammatical and spelling errors on the online journal and assisting the Founding Editor with website updates and blog formatting.
  • Because of your professional and high-quality writing skills, you will have been assigned a story in The Grace Issue - an opportunity to have your name featured in print!
  • Your creativity will have shined in aiding social media planning and execution for our Facebook and Pinterest page and you will have learned our strategy and secrets for our consistently growing Instagram.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Clear understanding and appreciation for the Cottage Hill mission and aesthetic
  • Must have completed sophomore year with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • 10 hours / week from May 30th - September 1st
  • Excellent writing skills (see form for details)
  • Knowledge and experience with Squarespace, Hootsuite and Planogr.am
  • Efficiency in Adobe Creative Suit is a plus!
  • Personal computer, phone and high speed internet
  • Preference given to local (Tulsa, OK) applicants, although not required
